The OptoSeeker OptoGrow® Stage-top Live Cell Incubator System features an intuitive, integrated design with CO₂ mixing, humidification, and incubation modules, providing precise control of temperature, humidity, and CO₂ levels. Compatible with major microscope brands, professional microscope stages, and various culture dishes, it supports long-term live-cell imaging. An optional perfusion module enables continuous or on-demand medium exchange, medium replenishment, dynamic drug delivery, and cellular response monitoring.

- Temperature Control: Comprehensive heating scheme ensures uniform temperature distribution across culture vessels; control range of 25–45°C with closed-loop sample feedback ensuring ±0.1°C accuracy.
- CO₂ Control: Built-in digital gas sensor enables precise closed-loop CO₂ regulation; concentration range covers 0%–20%.
- Humidity Control: Independent humidification column humidifies the gas mixture to effectively minimize medium evaporation; closed-loop control system maintains 20%–99% humidity.
- Anti-Defocus Design: Large bottom opening prevents interference with objectives; combined with PID and continuous output control to effectively minimize focal drift.
- Vessel Compatibility: Supports a wide range of adapters for culture dishes, chamber slides, flasks, and multi-well plates from major manufacturers.
